Our ultra purified natur water is $7.50 per 18.9 litre bottle including delivery to your door. This works out to less than $1.00 a day to be well hydrated and healthy.
Deposit
We charge a standard $10.00 bottle deposit for every 18.9 litre water bottle we deliver, and issue a credit for every empty water bottle returned to us.
How can I pay my bill?
Safe and secure automatic payments are required when you sign up. With automatic payments, you never need worry again about paying your bill on time, as the exact amount from your billing period will be automatically charged to your chequing account, credit card or debit card. Billing amounts may vary each month depending on the delivery quantities and bottle returns within a billing period. You can discontinue automatic payments at any time by sending a written request to us. You may also contact us at 403-264-1104 for assistance.

Do I need to be home?
You are only required to be home to receive a delivery if we are arriving to set up or pick up a water cooler at your home. You do not need to be at home to receive regular deliveries, just leave your empty bottles at a pre-arranged location and we will replace them with your new delivery.

You can easily skip or modify upcoming deliveries by calling our Customer Satisfaction Representative at 403-264-1104.
How often do you deliver?
Our water is delivered to your home or office on a set monthly delivery day. Once you become a customer, you'll receive a printed delivery schedule that will tell you exactly when you will receive your upcoming bottled water deliveries. You can access your up-to-date delivery schedule online at any time.
How do I make changes?
It's easy! After you receive your first water delivery, you can modify your upcoming deliveries by calling our Customer Satisfaction Representative at 403-264-1104.
Do I need a water cooler?
If you need a water cooler we can help determine the best model that suits your needs.
Already have a water cooler? No problem, you can continue to use your existing water cooler.

Are your bottles recyclable?
In an effort to reduce waste and care for our environment, natur water has instituted rigorous programs that decrease the amount of raw materials used in our bottling process. Among these programs is the reuse of our bottles. They are returnable, and can be washed, sanitized and re-used many times over their lifespan. We recycle these bottles ourselves in our home & office delivery business, using extensive inspection and sanitation procedures.
How long can unopened bottles of water be stored?
Bottled water can be used indefinitely if stored properly, but we recommend no more than two years for non-carbonated water, and one year for sparkling water.
Where should I store the water?
Bottled water should be stored in a cool (i.e. room temperature), dry environment away from chemicals such as household cleaning products, solvents such as gasoline, paint thinners and other toxic or odorous materials, and away from direct sunlight.
